Santa’s Workshop Session - Prep Instructions

Thank you for booking a session with Santa! Here’s how to prepare:

• Your child may be building, coloring or just playing with toys! If they choose to build a toy, they will go home with that toy. Treat bags will also be provided at the end of the session. If there are allergies, please let me know asap. The treat bag consists of holiday candy (no nuts).
• Dress up or dress down for this session. Some kiddos are wearing dresses, etc., others are wearing cute pajamas. Whatever you want works for us! Lighter, brighter colors will pop the most off of this workshop set. Darker colors are ok but lighter, brighter colors are recommended. All white might also be tricky because it may blend in with Santa’s beard. Markers may be used, so keep that in mind when dressing your children.
• Please arrive on time or even a few minutes early. I usually have back to back sessions and we must start and stop at your designated time slot. :) Please wait in the front lobby until the photographer comes to greet you as she may be wrapping up with another client. If you are more than 5 minutes late, I may need to reschedule you for another day/time.
• In at least one photo, gold dust will be added to bring more magic to the portrait. This treatment will be done on one photo only, unless photographer wants to add it to more. Requests to add it to other photos will incur additional charges.
• Keep in mind, these are little kiddos who sometimes are a tiny bit afraid of Santa. There may be tears in younger participants, and that’s ok. Santa will do his best to turn those little tears into sweet memories.
